pkluk Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the pkluk platform and its user ("you" or "player"). By using the pkluk website (pkluk.cam), creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the service. pkluk reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration

To open an account on pkluk, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide your correct full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must use a valid and active email address.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Transferring or selling your account to any third party is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkluk may request a copy of your national ID card or passport for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account termination and the balance may be forfeited.

3. Eligibility and Age Limit

By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that using online gaming services is legally permitted for you under the laws of your place of residence or location.

• If you are found to be a minor, all winnings will be forfeited.
• It is your responsibility to prevent minors from accessing the platform from your device.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

pkluk currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable for each method).
• You must only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are prohibited and may result in account termination.
• After a successful deposit, your balance is generally credited instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pkluk offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which apply alongside these general terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is applicable once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
• Some games may not count toward bonus wagering — see the relevant bonus page for details.
• After receiving a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus of the same type may not apply automatically.
• pkluk reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse.

5.3 VIP Program

pkluk's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Based on your regular gaming activity, you can move up to a higher tier and enjoy various benefits including weekly cashback. VIP membership may be changed or cancelled at pkluk's discretion.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting and gaming on the pkluk platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round may be voided and funds returned.
• The rules of individual game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe) apply.
• If your internet connection is lost during betting, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to server logs.
• Placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same match or event to guarantee a profit ("arbitrage") is prohibited.
• In sports betting, placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkluk platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of the balance.

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Hacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Stealing another user's information or gaining unauthorized access to their account.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive behavior toward other users.
• Fraudulent conduct toward pkluk staff.

• Information is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
• Payment information is never stored on our servers.

• Court order or legal obligation.

You may also request account closure at any time. Before the account is closed, all active bonuses will be cancelled and you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any wagering-free balance.

pkluk provides services as an entertainment platform and is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from your gaming activity.
• Game losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• Errors by third-party platforms or payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to your account if you have not kept your password secure.
• The consequences of gaming activities prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction.

pkluk will attempt to resolve any issues on its platform caused by technical errors within a reasonable time, but cannot guarantee compensation.
